Airtel WiFi broadband service not working

I am not getting Airtel Xtreme fibre services since 15th November 2023. I had raised request The Airtel customer care is not even responding and providing solution. Airtel is giving fake promises and excuses that we will get it resolved by end of the day.
It's been 20 days and they are coming up with same excuses. They are not telling what is the issue that is delaying the process. Even now no workers is seen working on any pole for Airtel fibre wiring.
After calling multiple times and sending emails I'm suffering from mental harrasment.
As a working professional and part time student - internet is essential things to access and to work projects.
This fraudulent service impacted on my working, academic and personal health.
This will cause heavy loss in academic sessions
I had paid for 3 months already.
