Sir/mam,
I hereby,rakesh yadav issued passport on 2013 at patna passport office,through agent ,and this was my first time for the issuance of passport,i was really unknown regarding this,so i made it from his assurance,so the passport was required ECR,and now i am already employed here.i came to know from embassy that this need to be ECNR clearance ,so i dint submitted my certificates on that time.so can i submit my certificates now n make it ECNR not required ,really i am having problem to go back to india mostly while returning from india.
So dear sir i would like u to suggest me on above matter.
