Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied the new passport on dated 18/07/2014 and submitted all documents at passport Seva Kendra Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

I have applied for a passport from Patna 10 years back, But I haven't got any passport till now. I have tried to get the status of passport on that time, there was no any feedback or stats I have got. I have tried to get the status several times but not got any satisfactory status.

Now I have left Bihar and now I am putting in Uttar Pradesh, Ghaziabad.

Even all the formalities including local investigation unit and police verification has been completed up to 12/10/2014.

But, till now the status is showing that pending for physical police verification at your respective thana under SP Office Distt. Ghaziabad.

Kindly look into the matter and request you to arrange to dispatche it at the earliest.
