Airtel post paid complaint because Wrong Sim card provided me

Dear Sir,

I have port idea post paid No. 9810984408 to Airtel post paid on dated 14-12-2017 the old sim is deactivated yesterday by 10.00 pm but Airtel sim is not activated till now.
I called Airtel customer care I came to know that wrong sim was given to me. I have received SIM No. 8991101606100193329U but which was to receive
8991000901233731026U which is not received till now. and my phone is disconnected from yesterday by 10.00 pm to till now.
I have to do so many urgent work, due to this reason i am facing finance loss of Rs. 50000/-

I once again request to you please sort out this problem Immediately otherwise I have to seen Legal advice.
