Airtel mobile Cashback not received and airtel offered scam offers.

On January 21 i ported to airtel. When i received my sim card from airtel official, during that time many airtel officials called me and offered discount on my first bill. My first bill arrived and there was no discount anywhere.
Then I tried to make a payment through airtel payment bank where it said that on making first payment, i will receive a cashback of 50%. Nothing about the maximum cashback is mentioned. I still haven't received any cashback.
After porting my 4G didn't work for a month as they didn't activate it. I had to mail and call them 6-7 to get that done. Now why do i pay them for 4G when it was not working in the first month. On making endless complains they blame other departments and ask the customer to call the other department for assistance. I want a compensation for the inconvenience caused. Its not my responsibility to get 4 G activated when im opting for a 4g plan. This scam of 50% off on first bill shouldnt go on.
