Hi,


 


I have purchased a Whirlpool washing machine in August - 2014 from Relaince digital in chennai.This Month i faced an issue with the machine and had complained to Whirlpool service center on 12th december 2015 and lodged a complaint to come and rectify the same and the Service Request number is : CN1215009036.An associate of the company came by next day and said the company technician will come and replace the drum as the spinning drum is totally gone and it has to be fitted with a new one and cannot be repaired.


 


Had been calling the service center on the number 044-60008558 and the agents give a different reason every time.


Could you please help me in sorting the issue.It would be a great help.


P.S: Product is under warranty and the purchase bill is in place.
