With reference to the above subject, I had the washing machine repaired from you 1 week ago, after 1 week of its use the machine is now broken again.

The representative from your company Mr Riyaz Mulla had come to repair and now its completely broken, in the invoice given by Mr. Riyaz to repair has a warranty of 3 months.

Now I am trying to contact him and he is not receiving my calls also I called his supervisor and no reply came from them as well.
