I purchased a washing machine SERINA AQUA SX LDT on 13/09/2016 from bismi home appliances ernakulm. On 28th of November 2018 machine not working. I registered a complaint on ur service centr online and ur kaloor service center sns franchise came to my house and told me that machine's drain motor got complaint and took drain motor from my home. He told that drain motor don't have warranty. When i purchased it there was 4 years warranty for motor. He asked me to pay 2200 rupees for repair may i know why should i pay the amount.
