I bought a new washing machine from your company by Shiva Electronices (Maur) BO: Near Post office,Maur Mandi HO: Dhobi Bazar Bathinda-151001 (PB) District Bathinda Punjab Tel: 01655-230483, 94640-73365. The machine original bill invoice no 342 dt 29-07-2015. The Washing machine model number is WM ULTRA UL72H GREY Stainwash 31118 INF 152304692 and another no is 3111801152304692. I want to say that when I buy this machine it doesn't work properly. I suffer from many problems with this machine. Before two months later it has noise problem and I did complaint after that the techniqutions change gear- box and another parts. After that when dryer's works it changes it position (the machine has fully rotate for our position). Now a new problem occurs in this machine. It has fully jammed and do not do any work. I complaint it compliant id no is FCVW160316340487246. But one techniqution visit my house. He repaired the machine and the machine done very noisy. On the dated 03-04-2016 dried has been stopped and very much noise. Please return my money. thanks
