This is silambarasan (9943386318).I am living in Pondicherry(katterikuppam). I bought Samsung washing machine one year back, they gave 10 years of warrenty. But unfortunately machine doesn't work . I call to customer care and raise complaint, they came and check and informed me that you have to pay Rs 8000 to repair the machine. I really got disappointed the words, because they are not ready to claim warranty , then why mentioned 10 years of warranty while buying the product. Please take necessary action to get resolve the problem.
