Service not providing after sells, I had purchased a VIDEOCON SA WASHING MACHINE 7.5 VS75Z11-EBA ZAA

I had purchased a VIDEOCON SA WASHING MACHINE 7.5 VS75Z11-EBA ZAARA R EBONY BLACK on 02/04/2017 (Bill no: 42R1700106 and complaint no: IND3108180112) from Lotus supermarket but suddenly on 16/08/2018 Drier of washing Machine has been blast (with a great loud) and broken during its working mode. I have registered a complaint against this in Lotus, but no any action has been taken by them till now. Only one day they have sent a technician who only clicks damaged part photos and call his manager to explain the situation. My washing is in warranty period upto 31/03/2020 as per the bill given by them. So I requested to ministry of consumer affairs please solve my problem as soon as possible or to replace the washing machine with new one.
