Samsung washing machine issues from December 2015

My washing machine drain problem arises from Dec.2015. I made a complain in Samsung Customer Care with Complain No. 8468755250 dated 10/12/2015. An engineer came to my home and plug a part from machine and again set this part. After this problem seems to solve for a short period but after this problem again arises. Again I raise a complain in Samsung Customer Care with Complain No. 4207379333 dated 5/1/2016.Again an engineer Mr. Rupesh visit my home and tell that previous engineer set a part wrongly and due to this act this plastic part has broken.He apply feviquick and set this part into machine and tell we will send request to company to change this part.when this part available at our end i will come and change this part. But till now no action took place for replacement. Machine drain issues are also alive. Again I made a complain in Samsung Customer Care with same Complain No. 8468755250 dated 31/03/2016. No engineer visit till 5/04/2016. I again made a complain against engineer rupesh in Samsung Customer Care with same Complain No. 4211972083 dated 06/04/2016. An Engineer visit my home for a minute and said machine will send service center and till now no action took place for pickup the machine. I again made a complain in Samsung Customer Care with Complain No. 4212176789 dated 10/04/2016. Customer care executive said that an engineer call you shortly and visit your home and pick the machine. But no call from service center. I again made a complain in Samsung Customer Care with Complain No. 8468755250 dated 12/04/2016. Again no engineer visit. I again made a complain in Samsung Customer Care with same Complain No. 8468755250 dated 14/04/2016. I again made a complain in Samsung Customer Care with same Complain No. 8468755250 dated 16/04/2016. Customer care executive told me due to 3 holiday your machine could not pick. But today it is picked by our engineer. Again no action should be taken by your engineer. No engineer visit and no phone call. I again made a complain in Samsung Customer Care with Complain No. 5135654474 dated 19/04/2016. Customer care executive told me today till 8 pm an engineer visit your home but till 20/04/2016 at 6 pm no engineer visit and no phone call so I again made a complain in Samsung Customer Care with Complain No. 4212669076 dated 20/04/2016. No action is taken by samsung and his customer care executive generate a new complain no. till december 2015. I purchase my washing machine on 17/10/2014 and warranty is upto 16/10/2017. from December 2015 my washing is not working and samsung company mentally torched me.
