I had purchased an electrolux washing machine through Flipkart(online ecommerce portal) on Sat, 19th Dec'15.

The machine was giving problems and we had asked for service from electrolux as it is in the warranty period. Its been more than a week but they have not turned up for repair. They have registered the complaint and even given a number of one of their engineers but their engineer is not picking up the call either.
