The technician mechanic who visited my home not even touched the machine and is very particular in collecting the money right from his arrival and without even ascertaining the fault sold the cleaning powder and went out after collecting the charges. Our machine is still defunct again called him but not attended even after repeated calls.Giving evasive reply.Needed stingent action against him
