Right from early December I have been persisting with my complaint for changing/repairing the panel that controls pre washing.
Twice your people came and went back without doing anything.Eachis time I am assured that the parts are being consigned.
It is really vexing and quite unbusinesslike.
Do you suggest that I resort to some legal recourse for this or is there any chance of your taking care of my very genuine claim.
