Dear Sir,
INVOICE NO. : SLA022010111311 DATED 15.10.2017 vide which I had purchased a CROMA WASHING MACHINE 7.2 KG FULLY AUTOMATIC MODEL CRAW1301 FROM THEIR SHOWROOM IN “CROMA”-PACIFIC MALL , GHAZIABAD FROM
INFINITI RETAIL LIMITED (TRADING AS CROMA) PLOT NO. 1 , DR. BURMAN MARG, SITE IV, SAHIBABAD , GHAZIABAD 201001.
The washing machine is leaking water from its base , as soon as the filling of WATER starts after closing the door of the machine. And complain has been filed on 19.06.2018 .
Reminder to this complain is done on 22nd June, 24th June, 25th June, 26th June and at least 5 times oN 27th June. Every time THEIR customer executive is GIVING THE FOLLOWING FRUSTRATING "PARROT " LIKE RESPONSE .
“WE are sorry for inconvenience”
“WE are escalating the matter”
“Some technician will get in touch with YOU within 2 hours”
“we will personally follow up this matter”
“technician will be reaching any time”
In the hope that a technician will reach any time , I have already taken 2 days leaves from my office on Monday (25TH JUNE) & Tuesday (26TH JUNE) , but no one turned up And most frustrating part is that customer executive is unable to give a clear picture when the technician will attend to the problem. NEITHER A CONFIRMED DATE NOT A CONFIRMED TIME.
This is really like harassing AND DEMORALISING the customer . The most irritating part is that I am in completely dark , EVEN NOW, ...WHETHER THE TECHNICIAN WILL COME OR NOT ......? what should I do now ? How long I have to wait for technician .. 1 day , 1 week , 1 month ....?
MAY I REQUEST THE CONSUMER COURT TO HELP ME IN THIS DESPERATION AND ANGUISH.
