No response even after repeated requests. First they don't attend the call.

I registered 3 weeks before. First they don't attend the call. 2.They assured me to send persons but didn't send.During.regn.assured to dend.senior engineer.Nit in Tanjore they said technician is enough.But didn't send.Last week they said technician will come on Saturday and finish the work.Again didn't send.Today didn't attend the calls slso. Yr company wish to sale the products to every nook & corner of the state.It is well & good.But what about yr service facilities?And this is the first time in 6 years O call.for a repair.But I am fedup with yr service facilities.
