i have purchased godrej eon 650 6.5 kg washing machine from national electronics kannur kerala state on 22-1-2016.From the very begining this machine is giving lots of problem.In the span of 1.8 years this machine was repaired atleast 5 times.At the present moment its not in working condition.I am really suprised branded company supply such sub standard product.once this machine was taken by us to their service centre for repairs and was returned to us after almost one month.At this moment mechanic had come to my house and he coudn't repair.Idon't know how long it will take.My humble request is pls repace this defective machine and give me a fresh one which is upto the mark.there is no point in using this machine which is regularly giving us problems.Thanks expecting a favourable reply at the earliest.
