Damaged Sumsung washing machine was delivered by Great Eastern Howrah

I have bought Samsumg washing machine - WA62M4200HV from Great Eastern, Address 290A, Grand Trunk Road, Naora, Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal 711102 on 12-August. First of all there was delay in delivery of product. I called them multiple time and I was asked to come to their showroom with bill. I went to their showroom on 19-Aug and I was told that there was strike in their warehouse and I got the product delivered on 22-Aug. But after that no-body from Sumsung co came to install the product. After multiple calls to showroom I went there physically on 9-Sep. I was treated very badly. Then I called Sumsung customer care - request no 4244818807 and engineer - ALIP came to my house on 12-Sep. But after opening the package it was found that the product is damaged. I logged complained to Sumsung - request no - 4245039405 to change it. But they told that since it was delivered by Great Eastern , it is their responsibility. Since then I have been calling Great Eastern, Shibpur showroom. I did not get and expected date to change the product and now they are misbehaving with me. It is more than one month I purchased the product from Great Eastern and I do not know whether I will the get the broken product exchanged with good one or not. I need written apology both from Dealer and product company. It is kind of harassment for me and for my family members. I did not pay to get humiliated.
