I am giving very short description of my problem.

I have an LG front loader fully automatic Washing Machine, which shows running difficulty during washing.

I registered four times my complaint via call to customer support.

It was since October 2018 my washing machine is not working. Even after registration of complaints several times a technician came and said that some parts are required replacement and his visit already passed one month, when I asked to Engineer at office about my concern he replied parts are available. But from that day it is passed about one month.

Now I can't understand why the technician is not coming to me.

I am in great trouble. Please solve my concern.

It is ridiculous experience for me.
