clothes not washed properly

Washing Machine Complaint Complaint Date: May 27, 2016
i have an IFB washing machine ,front load, 2011 model. the clothes coming out have become very hard and rough ,especially the towels. i am using the best washing powder and have requested the company several times for checking the problem. the service person comes ,says that everything is okay ,there is no problem, what to do next.
