Washing Machine Complaint Complaint Date: September 12, 2022
My washing machine started making a strange banging noise so i have searched on google for a customer care number (1800 3000 5678). I have called them and raised a complaint they said they will send an agent for that issue.
As told he came and checked, telling it was an issue with shock absorber and needs to be changed which would not be covered under warranty. It cost me aroud Rs.6050 including service charges. After 2 days he came and installed it but the problem did not resolve. I again called the service person he tried many times and later it was out of his hands he stopped taking my calls and later told ge was in a accident. I again called the customer service of Hyderabad. They sent another service person and he told the first person had installed shock absorber of another company and to fix a new one i would require the same amount.This is happening since 3 months.
I have called to customer care number 080 4584 5678 and to my suprise there weren't any regisstered complaints at all. They informed us that the previos ones were 3rd party.
Now upon calling to thise 3rd party people they aren't responding to our issue saying that there was no registered complaint in the past. when asked to connect to their manager they just say there's no manager at all. How could it be possible? I also have the call recordings of those people clearly taking our complaint( But haven't registered it online see how negligent they are on their part) and sending the service person. Upon asking the service person he said he was asked to take visit by their company itself.
When comfronted him for such a huge mistake he did he refunded us with Rs.2000 of total amount.
I am not the first person to face such issues few of my neighbours also experienced such things in the past.
They are all fraud to just loot money from people.
So beware of such 3rd party companies
