i was apply for broadband connection on 10th july 2018 from you broadband services which are vodafone part,

after i pay money to its executive KISHAN,

after next day when its team reach my home for connection then not possible to connect cable Broadband at my home, so i was cancel my connection on 11th july 2018.

my CRF NO IS 244380

ACCOUNT NO IS : 1754856,

NOW AFTER such many times give mails. reminder but no one reply from You Broadband team

i was pay 2692/-,

and its main office in Ahmedabad i was go there but no one give satisfied answer to me

so plz help...
