I have issue about overcharging in bill. Our Vodafone postpaid number 9712742687 on the name of Hetal ben Deepak bhai Kadia. The bill of the billing cycle 15th march to 14th june was wrongly over charged. the bill amount is 1404rs. while We have a plan of 249rs. And in this plan Vodafone confirmed us that they are giving us unlimited calling and 1gb of internet. But in the bill they charged us for calling and value added services which we never requested them to use. Even we are using simple phone which hasn't internet in it. So how can we use internet. Still they charged us for internet usage. Even in our plan we are getting 1gb of internet. So they did froud with us. This shameless that Vodafone company is doing this kind of shit with costumers. So I am requesting you to solve our problem.
