My Mother's LAVA mobile needs repairs as the speaker is not working properly and being in warranty, I decided to visit the service centre on the reverse of my mobile bill. I called up to confirm if they are open being a Saturday but was informed that they had stopped servicing LAVA phone long ago, if this is the case then why are Mobilewala still printing the same service centre address on the reverse of their bills?? When I called up LAVA TOLL FREE customer care number on 18005005001 they asked me for input of my pincode I entered pincode of my area and nearby areas of Vadodara city but everytime I received address of Ankleshwar Service Centre on SMS. Is such a big company having MS Dhoni as Brand Ambassador not able to maintain a single service centre in Vadodara City ?? Why should I travel 75 kms to a smaller nearby town just to repair my in warranty mobile ?
