Dear Sir,
i have hcl desktop in my desktop every time create a auto restart problem and i am 3-5 times login the complain number to the HCL customer care.HCL customer care every time assing the vinayak computer center and this service center after long time send the engineer then i call to him after that rahul sayng me going my engineer every time and owner name is rahul and this person behaviour is very bad relation with the customer and i am call to vinayak computer center but no response given to me phone call not pick and some time pick the call but saying to me work is done then call disconnected from rahul.it is the not a good service provider to the HCL department.hcl department is shamefull.my complain number is 8505310226 this complain number is closed by vinayak computer center without solving my desktop problem it is not good for him and HCL department.i was so many time call to rahul but rahul saying every time work is process then i confirm but no any work is process every time that guy say send engineer but no more engineer available & not reach at my home. what should i do.you take a action immidaitely.
