This is Girish Kharat from Nashik today on 02nd Sept. 2017 morning I purchased 5kg Sadhu Basmati Rice from M/s>Prakashchandra Keshavlal & Co. Contact Details are given below

shop located at Ravivar Karanja, Nashik at Rs.550/-.
After making the payment I asked for receipt they refused to give me the fair receipt of Bill amount.
When I insist they started asking me 5% GST if I wish to have fair bill. Hence after I was ready to pay that illegal 5% then also they was not willing to give me fair bill receipt., then after they started to ask my GST no for receipt of bill amount.
Is this fair/legal/compulsary to ask consumer's GST no.
I just wanted to know that where can I complaint against this kind of people who is looting the contry,

I am going to register my 2nd complaint also., But before that I m going to ask one thing, is the GST applicable on MRP also.
