Complain according to home appliance bill comes very high

i have limited power consuming appliance. i.e. 1 tube light. 1 fan, 1 cfl 20 watt, 1 led 5 watt 1 laptop, 1 freeze, 1 iron rarerly using 1 washing machine weekly once 4 half hour .
bill comes around 1100 to 1700 range only freeze and fan used 24 hours others are accordind to requirement it happening from last summer season
