Dear Sir/ Madam.


This is to inform you that i have booked the gas as of 1st week of may and cash memo message received as of 12/5/2015. i called your office today female rep who spoke told that delivery boy(Vijay) is not able to trace the address. I informed he delivered the gas next house and he knows the address, she gave vijay cell number and i contacted him he told cylinder is not available. now female representative told i have not updated the address accurately, so the delivery boy is not able to trace the location. however asked cash memo was received on 12/5/2015, y the delivery is so late. she told she is not aware of it, she sounded very rude, she was interrupting, had no patience to listen to the customer. she sounded very rude and hung the call. called her again and asked her name as i wanted to complaint about the service, she has provided. i want an action to be taken against the representative so that feedback should be given to her, and also work on telephone etiquette.
