Mobile hanging problem

I'm using MOto-e mobile from last 8 months , I'm facing a lot issue

1. Mobile hanged 15 times per day .
2. google play store not working properly
3. Mobile system is very slow compare to others
4.Please i want to use same mobile in future also , Rectify those problem and help me feel OK.
