Dear sir
It is very regretting to state that the aquaguard installed at our hotel viz Rajhans Hotel,G.S.Road,Shillong is out of order for the last fifteen days inspite of making numerous complaints at your office as well as your service center causing immense complaints by our customer due to non availability of drinking water.As the machine is under AMC still the amount of urgency to repair the same is minimal from your end.
Therefore I again request you to get the machine operational as soon as possible and without any further delay.
