Mobile phone repair under warrenty.

I had a smart phone Lenovo Zuk Z1, which I purchased online from Amazon. I was facing ON/OFF problem and submitted to the Lenovo service center “Sant Rameshwari Enterprises Chandigarh” on 26-10-2016. (Refer attached service center record)

They told me that the mother board of the same shall be replaced for resolving the problem. From last 50 days, it is with service center and they always call and demand 10 days more for repair. More than that I contacted your representative at call Toll Free No. 180030007678 on 30-11-2016 and service center demanded final 10 days to repair the same but yesterday they called again and demanded 10 more days for the same.

As a customer what wrong I have done by purchasing Lenovo product, if they are not able to repair the same, they must replace my mobile . Now I have got tired with Lenovo commitment and services.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.
