I purchased some product but the MRP of one product(Vanish OxiAction) was 59 rupees but spencer (City Centre, Siliguri) had taken rupees 62 for this product, which was illegal and punishable offense. Not only that they also put wrong mobile number in my bill though i repeated my mobile number several times. And no staff of Spencer cooperates with me and they deny to help me.
Sir, it's my earnest request to you to look at my problem and do justice for me. I am waiting for your response.
