Lenovo A7000 left side key not working sometime

I have an mobile i.e Lenovo A 7000 Purchase on 27/04/2015. Three button show in mobile button no.1 i.e on left side which is used to close all running application are not working sometimes if I switch off my mobile & then switch on my mobile then this button are working. So, I request you to clear my issue as soon as possible.
