I ordered Green Paithani Saree online on Kalyanisilks.com on 11.08.21 and immediately got confirmation on whatsapp by this number

I received parcel on 16.08.21 and paid Rs 1499 immediately. On opening the parcel, I realised it was low quality saree of different variety. I posted my complaint on whatsapp number same day and mailed complaint on 19.08.21 but till now no action has been taken from their side. On whatsapp they answered it will be sorted out soon but no action till now. I need my money back now. Please help
