i applied for issuing passport at passport mela held at imphal in the month of feb,2014 by submitting relevant documents however nothing has been done till date and no any police verification is done so far.here i am submitting my file no.GU52W00000519 14, DATE of birth-03/02/1982 and DD NO.500810.it is therefore requested that you may kindly look into the matter in order to make or issue my passport at an early date.
