I am Deepak Raghav from Jaipur, Rajasthan. Sir, I own a Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS Bike and recently I went to Rambagh Bajaj service station on 19-May-2018 which is the authorized service center of Bajaj auto limited to rectify the problem in my bike. The service center personnel changed a part named as Assly lever comp change gear whose part code 52JL0420 and charged more than the printed MRP on the box. When I asked about charging more than the MRP they told me that they will charge more than MRP only and told me to do whatever I can do. I requested them many times that they can't charge more than the MRP, but they didn't listen to me. Also, they threatened me not to complaint it to govt officials. I also registered a complaint with Bajaj Auto Limited, but no response has been coming from their side. I request you to please investigate the matter and take legal actions again the service center. I have full trust with the govt & law and I hope that action will be taken against the service station. I have also attached along with this mail the invoice copy and copy of box for your reference.

I again humble request You to take effective legal action against rambagh service center. I have already submitted my complaint through emails/telephonic to Bajaj auto ltd (complaint no-ISR-354446) and also anti profiteering dept delhi, state level screening committees on anti-profiteering Jaipur, Rajasthan(by mail- acct-legal@rajasthan.gov.in), national consumer helpline(complaint no 739139) Also Rajasthan state consumer disputes redressal commission (complain no- 18054466, by helpline no-18001806030) and C.M.O office (by mail) but after many time complaints I couldn’t still receive any response from anywhere. It’s painful for me and now I am frustrated very much by the cheating and Fraud done by RAMBAGH SERVICE STATION JAIPUR. Since all the relevant proof have been enclosed with the complaint keeping view all the facts given above the necessary action may kindly be taken for pacification of customer.I have GST invoice and have packing box of part that was purchased. Its sufficient proof of cheating by RAMBAGH SERVICE STATION JAIPUR.I hope that you take it seriously and take strictly legal action against this service center.
