Respected sir/madam.
I was traveling from chidambaram to Chennai in universal travels.my PNR no UNI2840106.I regret to say that I wasn't treated by the universal bus operator politely..i was informed by the bus driver to come to an unknown boarding point no where near to my actual boarding point.as I was knew to the place I asked him gently to come and pick up me at the boarding point which your travels showed me while I was booking.he was arrogant and simply said that 'i can't come there if you want to go to Chennai you come here orelse I willnot pick up '.after hearing rubbish words from the driver I was very much depressed and force to go that boarding point by taking an auto for which I paid 200 rs.+917639781117 it is the driver number.i kindly request you to take necessary action and get back to me as soon as possible.. finally no one was there at the actual boarding point office.the office was empty.thank you.

    डीलर ओर कपनी ने मिलकर फौरड किया है ३ साल से
    जवाब नहीं दे रहे थे बाईक के ऐकसीडन में सर्विस सेन्टर वाले को रीपेरीग नहीं पता थी कपनी के कस्टमर केयर में
    फरीयाद कईबार करी लेकिन कंपनी ने कुछ करा नहीं
    लेकीन ट्वीट किया तब ईनजिनीयर बाईक चेकअप करने आया ओर बोला ये बाईक रीपेरीग करके पार्टस डालने पडेगे जीसका रु देना पडेगा
    ३ साल पहले फरीयाद करी थी वही डिफेक्ट है
