Refund pending for more than an year

This is regarding Booking ID NF78114270956392 for Delhi to Pune Roundtrip flight on makemytrip. Dates of Travel were amid pandemic lockdown so all the flights were cancelled. I was told that all my money will be refunded soon. The total refund amount happened to be Rs.8283(3313+4970). Out of which after following up for months only Rs.4970 was refunded but still the amount of Rs. 3313 is pending for which all the lame excuses are already given to me. As per the latest communication they said that they had initiated the refund for the remaining amount of Rs.3313 and it should have reached by 5th March but it never reached. Now, makemytrip has stopped responding to my complaints. I have attached the last mail communication from mmt and the credit card unbilled statement screenshot for the month of april. Please help !
