आज दिनांक 23/07/2018 को आगरा से इलाहाबाद के लिए बस की बुकिंग किया। रुपया खाते से कट गया और मैसेज भी आ गया लेकिन टिकट नही मिला। कस्टमर केयर नंबर पर किसी भी पर्सन से बात नही हो रही है। इनके ऍप पर कंप्लेन किया तो थोड़ी देर बाद मैसेज आ गया कि प्राब्लम साल्व हो गया। लेकिन हुआ कुछ नही। न तो रुपया वापस आया और न ही टिकट मिला।
