Dear sir
On 02.20.2022 I booked a ticket in universal travels from Chennai to chidambaram at election commission office bus stop at 11.15 pm. Bus didn't came at 11.15pm. I called around 11.40 pm to driver number mentioned in the ticket details. First he responded and told that some AC problem is there, we are repairing wait I will come. But around 11.55 one more universal travels bus came, but he refused to board the bus saying that this is different bus. Then I tried calling to the mobile numbers mentioned in the ticket details for more than 50 times but nobody responded.I had waited till 12.40 but no bus came. Then finally I went to the CMBT and went by govt bus. Because I need to attend office next day morning. These many hardships we faced.
Kindly arrange to refund the amount and penalise appropriately for mental agony.
