Bus owner take bus fare as per wish no fixed bus fare by Bihar state govt

We are travelling from patna to Bihar , via Hawa Hawai bus on 25/12/21 they had taken rs. 110/- From me as abus fair from patna to Bihar sharif, as the fare is not fixed by Bihar govt, the bus owner takes the fare as per their wish, if we deny they start abusing and fight with us this is not fair. Bihar govt should fix the bus fare for each and every route.
This is fault of Bihar state govt, and we can assume that, if they are not fixing the bus fait, means they are receiving the cut from the bus owner for the extra amount they are receiving from the public.
Think, if they take rs 30 extra from each passanger and total 70 passanger in one go, than it comes to be rs 2100 in one side,
This is not good.
