Abrupt increase in Bus ticket price and no social distancing

Buses carrying passengers from Patna to Paliganj increased the ticket price from 50 to 80 rupees abruptly. There is no social distancing in bus. It's like they are carrying animals, not human beings.
Are the daily commuters going to pay this much just for 50 kilometers?
