8 june 2021, 7.30 AM, patas tollplazza.
My fastag balance was more than 1600 rs. The server of toll plaza was down so supervisor was asking me to pay toll rate via cash that is double of normal toll rate. I asked him to call manager then he told me that manager is unavailable, i'm supervisor & you have to pay double toll fee or you have to wait till server get backs to normal. I told him clearly that problem is from your side nor from my side so he started yelling at me and other car drivers
This iz how this toll guys make money by fooling peoples
