I have purchased a pair of boots amounting Rs. 799 but quality was very poor so i returned the boots on dt. 24.11.2016 and the product was successfully received by the seller on dt. 28.11.2016 as confirmed by customer care.

Now, more than 45 days has been passed but still i have not received the refund amount I have e-mailed continuously regarding this and also calling to customer care but no satisfactory response given by them and also customer cars executive disconnected my call without giving satisfactory response.

You are requested to kindly look in to the matter and help me to get my money.
