my vehicle no. is MH 40 BE 8350 (MARUTI SWIFT DESIRE WHITE)
today (4/3/2019) at 14:20 i ask about return slip, but toll person give me single side reciept.
when i was return at 19:00 same day I show that slip then I come to know that the slip was single side and toll authority misbehave with me and tell me to take another single side slip. that time i take another slip of single side and make payment by debit card. the toll authority also deduct the amount from my fast tag account.
this is realy cheating with customer.
my complaint is that the toll will be of 120 (single side) and 180 (double side), it is not a small amount. when i ask about return slip they give me single slip. then during return time they misbehave with me and take two time extra amount from me. both are online payments. i want my rs.120 back and punishment to toll authority about this matter.
it is my kind request. please look into this matter. i attached all photos of slip and online transaction of fast tage and debit card payment.
