My name is Dhaval Suthar and my CSR subscription number is: S600/38777.
I have made an advance payment of Rs.1057.00 for 24 monthly issues of CSR magazines.
I am supposed to receive the issue of next month regularly on 14th day of every month. However, I have not received the issue so far.
When I called the customer care number, out of 3 numbers, 2 are never received. On 19th December, I was told that magazine was not dispatched till then.
I expect CSR team to send me the monthly issues regularly.
I should get issue of next month in this month. That is what I have paid for.

This is to bring to your attention that I am not the only one facing this issue.
