Customer shikayat DNA paper not received after 40 days of online subscription

I applied for DNA paper online on 28 July 2016 and paid Rs 549 for yarly subscription. I received confirmation massage and mail but still I am not getting my paper. I called and mailed them on there customer care but issue is not resolved. Now I want my money back
