I had ordered some beauty products from vanity cask after viewing their Facebook page but I am disappointed that one of the products for which I had mainly placed the order, the Thalgo Marine Hydrating mask has been replaced by the descomask scrub and indoceane silky smooth cream. Further, the shocking fact is that the tube of indoceane silky smooth cream is empty!Instead of the promised Thalgo Marine Hydrating mask as per the advertised product replacement was sent without intimating about the unavailability of the ordered product. This is cheating the consumer as the unavailability of Thalgo Marine Hydrating mask should have been communicated, I could have cancelled my order. The company itself states that " due to unprecedented demand, we've run out of Thalgo Marine Hydrating Mask" and goes on to stating that they are replacing this product with two small samples of products ( which were not ordered in the first place). I want the company to refund my money which is INR 924 against return of these products.Another complaint of similar nature has been registered by Ms. Pooja Nathawat against Vanity cask, the docket number is: 130425. I request you to please look into this as this company is selling free samples and perhaps charging both the clients and the cosmetic companies and not delivering the products mentioned while ordering the same on their site.
