I have Subscribed the Banking Service Chronicle monthly magazine via BSC web portal and also paid the amount of 420 rupees for the same on 11 Jul 16. Subscription reference which i got TN-MS-0716-362. I got the message that i will get the monthly copy on 10th of every month.But till now i got only one month magazine despite of the repetitive reminders on company's mail id that is also late by 15 days (26 Sep 16). OCT & NOV MONTH'S MAGAZINES ARE STILL NOT RECEIVED DESPITE OF THE ASSURANCE BY THE COMPANY'S MAIL ID. I asked to company if they are not able to deliver the magazine then kindly return the amount and it is of what use if i get current GK magazine after the lapse of three months. Kindly guides thank you.

    I have Subscribed the Banking Service Chronicle monthly magazine via BSC web portal and also paid the amount of 420 rupees for the same on 31st may of 2017. order no #14238. I got the message that i will get the monthly copy on 12-14 days of every month.But till now i got only two editions despite the repetitive reminders on company's mail id that is also late by 15 days (26 june 17) and july also . AUGUST MONTH'S MAGAZINES is STILL NOT RECEIVED DESPITE THE ASSURANCE BY THE COMPANY. I have asked the company if they are not able to deliver the magazine then kindly return the amount (rs 350) and it no use of getting a magazine which is already delayed by a month.Another magazines are available in market with good delivery status and i can access them. take an immediate action regards this matter!!
